For this exercise, we are using our legacy Linux-Bench scripts which help us see cross-platform “least common denominator” results we have been using for years as well as several results from our updated Linux-Bench2 scripts.
Since we are fairly late in the AMD EPYC 7003 “Milan” cycle, we wanted to simply validate performance compared to what we have seen previously. This platform actually performed very well. We noticed this in the GPU version as well. Perhaps that is just an ASUS feature that we are seeing in its systems.
