Zotac GeForce RTX 2070 Super Twin Fan 3DMark Suite Testing
Here we will run the Zotac GeForce RTX 2070 Super Twin Fan through graphics-related benchmarks. These are still GPUs so we wanted to give at least a perspective on this aspect of performance.
We wanted to make a note about the Port Royal Benchmark. Port Royal is the first benchmark that tests the RT (Ray Tracing) feature on these cards. This was first introduced with the RTX line of graphics cards. NVIDIA later released updates to its drivers that would allow non-RTX graphics cards to run RTX graphics features.
Like in previous tests, we see very close or just passing RTX 2080 benchmarks.
Here are the 3DMark suite results. We will discuss them after the charts.
We see impressive results here with the Zotac GeForce RTX 2070 Super Twin Fan passing a much higher-end Quadro P6000.
We were surprised here to see the card get close to the ASUS GTX 1080 Ti model, thereby showing great generational improvement.

Overall we see expected performance from the Zotac GeForce RTX 2070 Super Twin Fan. The new SUPER series passes previous-generation GeForce RTX cards in the same category with ease and bumps performance levels up a whole SKU number. There are a number of cases where the RTX 2070 Super comes close but does not surpass the outgoing RTX 2080 model it is replacing.
